This role is 'non-production' based, its the front face of the business, positioned within the showroom -
*Join without any industry specific experience (this can be taught) ·
*Be a part, become a member of a tight knit small team ·
*This is a permanent part-time position (minimum 15 hrs per week) with the prospect of moving to a full time role (6 months from start)
This position has been created due to growth and will play a key part in the sustaining of current client accounts and further progression of the company. This role encompasses all aspects of a Sales Customer service position. Assisting - directing customers with their needs, understanding stock management. Working with the other departments. This role will involve taking direction from the current sales accounts manager and a typical day will be a mix of processing website orders (pick and post), answering calls, responding to emails, raising quotes and such while managing our front Retail show room.

This is not a 'management' position, you will not have staff, therefore must be able to work independently whilst be part of a team
The ideal candidate for this position is anyone who comes from an internal sales background, customer service or showroom sales environment where they’ve been attentive and understanding to clients. This is an upbeat and fast-moving role where no two days are the same, and the customer base is very diverse.
·Ideally (but not essential), have 2 + years of customer service/sales experience ·
A fundamental is having a professional mannerism .
Be a good communicator, being able to adequately, respond to emails and answer phone calls
